Once a good part of town, then not so good. This area of Raleigh, NC has undergone extensive urban renewal. Old warehouse facades are persevered as ultra modern, high end, high value, structures grow within their corpses. The old businesses and local people are displaced to make way for chain restaurants and hipster bars. perhaps this is now the wrong side of the tracks.
